If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you wish to request a refund, contact Chris, and this will be organised within 5 business days. No returns are necessary, as all products are digital. Please delete the downloaded files. I will contact you to determine the best way to get funds to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where Chris has been engaged to write a Musical or Play specifically for your school, a concept draft will be generated. If the project has been agreed a quote will be generated which will outline the hours and cost to complete the project.
If you have concerns due to a delay in reimbursement, contact Chris via this site so I can resolve the issue.
