As our materials are generally offered for free, there are of course no refunds for these free products.
Where additional ‘School Musical’ products or services have been sold, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you wish to request a refund, contact Chris, and this will be organised within 5 business days. No returns are necessary, as all products are digital. Please delete the downloaded files. I will contact you to determine the best way to get funds to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where Chris has been engaged to write a Musical or Play specifically for your school, a concept draft will be generated. If the project has been agreed a quote will be generated which will outline the hours and cost to complete the project.
If you have concerns due to a delay in reimbursement, contact Chris via this site so I can resolve the issue.
